Yes. There was a run of huge fish in the upper reaches of the Columbia River that was lost when Grand Coulee went in.

Gone. Might be one of the many reasons resident orcas are having a harder time, "tiny" 15 pound kings vs 40, 50, 60+ pounders.

They better learn how to eat seals and sea lions, plenty of them around. Or we could start shooting the northern populations of orcas that eat "their" fish.
