This is one of Josh Clarke's "BTC" model (Bird, Trout and Caping) knives up for sale.. This one has gorgeous Curly Eastern Black Walnut Crotch burl scales and is the last of these I will be getting.

Josh is in the midst of completing an OEM contract for a well known U.S. company and once those are done, he will be concentrating on large blade projects for the rest of the year .

The design is a very slim drop point useful for everything from detail caping , filleting fish or cleaning birds and small game. It's also just a great little EDC or camp knife. They have been hard for me to keep on hand.

The handle design is a classic birdshead with a nice oval handle cross section. At about 3.5.ounces, the knife and sheath combo disappears on your belt. A very handsome and usefull little knife.

The dimensions are 7.9 " overall length with a 3.75" The blade that is thinly flat ground ground from .100" thick 1095 stock. Heat treat at 58-59 RC.- sharp as h*ll and holds the edge nicely, yet easy to sharpen. It is deeply marked with Josh's "Broadsword" maker's stamp.

The Fancy air dried scales were hand picked from Josh's wood inventory . They have Fancy grade Black Walnut crotch curl from end to end with a bery elegant Red/ brown color The pics DO NOT do these scales justice!

They are attached with hand set brass pins and lanyard tube epoxied with Brownell's Acraglass. Then they are finished in Josh's shop blend of Tung oil and Spar varnish for a velvety, yet tough finish. Also included is one of his beautifull hand stiched pouch sheaths.

These little knives make great all around blades.

My price is $95 plus $10 shipping to the lower 48. PayPal or USPS MO as payment. Thanks.

This was sold and paid for right after/before he listed it. It’s not a problem having too many knives is it?
Daughter’s gonna like it once she masters some more skills.

Keep Smiling
