That was my first thought, not sure what the strap above is for? Back appears to have , maybe, mag holder slots? Maybe over shoulder/across chest wear?

That was my first thought, not sure what the strap above is for? Back appears to have , maybe, mag holder slots? Maybe over shoulder/across chest wear? Concealed carry model of a radio carrier (sort of - it's going to print with anything smaller than a trench coat) for a PRC-152 sized radio with a whip antennae, the antennae folds over, the upper strap and loop hold the antennae folded over. Slots on the back for ear piece, commo card, user cheat sheet etc. The silver clip holds the unit at the waist line of the pants - looks like a shoulder holster when worn - JMHO.
