Zero experience. Looking at their website, they do released birds to allow them extra months of hunting and high success rates. I'm not saying the birds killed wouldn't be wild during the regular season, but 20+ years ago that area was pretty good for truly wild pheasants. Not so anymore.
Hunted with them once but over 20 years ago. Shot pheasants and a few quail as well as some ducks. Looked at them for the next year but there was a big jump in their prices so I moved on to greener pastures in N. Dakota. If I'm going on a pheasant hunt I want it to be a wild bird hunt. I can hunt pen raised birds close to home. I don't want to travel half way across the country for a released bird hunt.
I’m originally from Ks and hunt wild birds there every year. Have not hunted this place. As labman said. I can hunt pen raised birds less than an hour from my house. There’s no way I’d go any distance to hunt pen raised birds. But others think differently. And maybe these are not pen raised, but.....
