MM They pretty much are allowed. They were asking calmly where the cops wanted them to go. Did you listen to the audio? Bunch of meathead cops that couldn't think for themselves or at least try to get some guidance. The order to disperse came after they were arrested.

lol some more CNN paid the cops to have him "ARRESTED" on camera... they are going for the pity party and to show how dedicated and "tough" their news crews are... its an illusion to try and boast ratings.... make sure your reporter is a Hispanic Looking black guy.. to get empathy from both social groups.. whole thing staged.... and I doubt anyone was really ever in custody at all.. MM CNN claims that they were where the local police told them to set up. When approached by the State Police, they asked where they'd like them to move to, and received no response other than to be notified that they were under arrest. If the State Police were announcing that everyone should disperse, it's only natural that CNN would assume that was directed at the rioters rather than the reporters. Had they wanted that to include the reporters, they should have included that in the announcement.
