Follow the doc's orders and go through all the rehab offered. The recovery road seems long now but it'll be better when you're looking back at it in a couple years.

Heart surgery is such a refined, safe and effective process these days. Your heart will be better before my shoulder will. You got this! I went through it in 1960.....I was 14 at the time and the surgeon was from Capetown South Africa. When he retired he moved to New Mexico and I still hunt elk on his ranch.....what a blessing in disguise...…,may you be so lucky!.

I am back home and feeling better each day but still have some work to do. All the post from you guys help me and I thank you. Its good to be back on the fire!

I had triple bypass a year ago last St. Patricks Day I can do anything I want and have been since about 6 weeks out. You will be tearing your wife up like you were at 25 in no time....trust me on that one.

I want to thank everyone for all the well wishes and prayers. I am out of the woods and getting better every day. I had sold some scopes to a couple of members and they gave me the time to get through this and they now both have there scopes. Glad you came thru, but as Paul Bernard said, they've got open heart surgery pretty much down pat these days..
Glad you are doing well, and wish you have added a long time to your life having it done...
