The driver was in fear for his life and got the hell out of there.
The good folks that stopped them have no reason to complain when someone gets hurt or squished like a bug.
It also seems that the dolly tire has been flattened by someone there as well.
Don't really give a damm what happens to folks that are doing this crap.

It looks like the perp was trying to disconnect the air brakes at the time the driver went forward. The air brakes will apply without air pressure. The dolly wheel was sliding on the perp. The perp's life changed instantly.
