I don't recall seeing any police shooting people for theft.

Police, In a riot situation,,never to my memory.

Individuals, yes.

12 gauge 870 with No. 4 buck sounds about right.

You can buy pepperballs. They are just very expensive, at round $2.00 each:

When I went to UT Austin there was a rash of robbery and assaults on crackers by dark type Norweigeans after dark around campus, particularly at convenience stores.

Police set up sniper nests at several locations around town. After 2 or 3 gun or knife wielding perps got popped, such crime dropped drastically and the local NAACP got the practice blocked as it deprived many US citizens from their pursuit of their American dream of Life, Libery and Pursuit of happiness.

I remember as a kid it seems the habit of cops shooting fleeing felons in the back was deemed too harsh a treatment.

Mom was a surgical RN who spent most of one night working with a Big Springs surgeon on a cop who caught a bullet from a perp who shot back. The bullet had stopped against the Leo's heart. He lived. Iirc the perp didnt.

I think that is what they want, so they can blame Trump.

Exactly.

So Austin police snipers shot several the knife wielding perps from distance? Since the NNAAACP got involved, there must be a trail or record of this. Was the snipers name Whitman, by chance?

There may have to be some collateral damage. The Kent state thing had passersby killed. I am NOT going downtown. Big plan today is haul a sofa for my daughter all in the suburbs.

What you talkin' 'bout, Willis. Loss of voting rights?

I am pretty sure felons recover their voting rights as soon as their sentence is served, even in Idaho.

These liberal schitholes want mail in ballots for the convicts in prison.

This is ridiculous.

I really am surprised by that myself. A lot of small business owners who have shops and quickie stores often pour their life savings into those places to make them successful.

Apparently anyone can buy rubber buckshot too. I had a bear destroying the bird feeder just out side the door problem last year. Local gun shop owner said he can order rubber buck shot $35.00 for a box of 25 IIRC. Jamie said some people load home defense shot guns with the first shell being a non lethal round.

There were 2 State Cops in the shop while I was asking about this. They reported that during prison riots you don't even have to expose yourself , just point the barrel from around the corner and let a swarm of small super balls bounce all over the walls and prisoners....
