Still trying to figure out how to post pix from Imgur. Can you guys see this one?

No. I suspect the "?1" portion of the file name might be causing an issue.

Stand corrected. The "s" in Https makes all the difference.

The address has to end with the file type: .jpg or .png. Take out anything after that and [img]https://i.imgur.com/3n9MZbr.jpg?1[/img] becomes...

Tikkanut's link worked, but your original did not. Go back and edit your original post adding a "s" to the "Http" portion of your link.

Things are not easy with computers and code. One incorrect character or punctuation mark and ones intentions go to sh-t.

Don't use Imgur myself, but somewhere one should be able to click on the desired image and the sharing link should pop up whereupon one can copy and past it into the image code available in the full editor here.

If one wants to see the source addresses for images visible here. Right click over the image, and click on properties. The address should be a portion of the response.

So, do you have a choice of what to copy and paste? Chose hotlink for forum? Just paste it don't use any of the editor chit here.... Wish you'd get it together. LOL

Just so ya got 100 people telling you different ways to make this work I'll start the process.....

I kinda dig Imgur, out of all the image host over all the years they seem to be about the cleanest and most fool proof.

When I want to load some images to share here on the fire I do this..

I get them selected and do my uploads to Imgur, once they are all in one of my folders there I start to create my post here.

I'll scroll down my list at Imgur and "right click" on each image I want to work with. The "right click" opens a menu and I select "open in new tab", So now I have multiple tabs open, one for each photo.

As I create my post, I reference the tabs and select an image at a time by copying the url from the images tab and then pasting it into my post either by typing in the HTML code [img][/img] or by using the Full Editor option here and pasting to the pop-up window that opens when you click on the image option from the Full Editor tool bar.

I am well aware there is a simpler way at Imgur to capture the correct URL for my images, but this is just what works consistently for me plus I get a full size preview of the image I'm about to post before it's posted.

basically works with any web pic

If all else fails try, Postimage.org it works well and isn't all that difficult to figure out.
