Thanks David! Is there any engraving on the top of the Leupold portion of the mount? In retrospect I'm kicking myself for not plugging the unused holes in the Leupold section. You could always tap the holes and fit plug screws.

Bill Blair did the engraving. I found him on the engraver's guild website. He's here in Wyoming.
I'll probably use some kind of modern Leupold when I hunt with it but I'll photograph it for the book with a vinatage 7/8" scope that I have Redfield rings for.
I'll plug the original holes.
