I was able to pick up this Kimber Pro HD recently. I replaced the blackish/blue synthetic grips with these Hogue. It’s a shooter.

Nice. Congrats on getting one you like!

(I like the slide serrations.)

It's an exact copy, down to the snake scales, of the Ed Brown Kobra Carry.

It’s a Super Carry Pro HD. It does resemble that Ed Brown. The same slide serrations are on the front and back strap.

And they're both all steel. Yours is all steel, right?

Yes it’s all steel. Guessing that’s what the HD is supposed to stand for.

Yes it stands for heavy duty.
I have a Ruger light weight commander too. It has thin grips and I put a Novak adjustable rear sight on it. It’s probably one of my favorite and most accurate handguns.

Very nice. Congrats.
