when he tried to pass a fake note because he
appeared high on drugs... she didn't mention that
staff then had no problem approaching Floyd in his
car... Why would you do that if he frightened you
so much while in the store?
Staff approached him to try and get the cigarettes
back.... well so much for all that 'fear'... LoL.
Chances are they only called 911 when they failed
to get the cigarettes returned and put a bit of spin
on their version of events to police.
