Milt Sparks Summer Special II IWB for my Glock 19.

Wear it all day, every day. Once in a while, I slip my Glock 44 in the same holster.

Ammo; Winchester 115 gr. HP

Holster: Concealment Express, lightweight kydex, affordable, fast shipping, made in USA, lifetime warranty.
Ammo: Speer Gold Dot 124 grain +P Short barrel, Hornady Critical Defense 115 FTX and Federal HST 124 grain. Read good things about Win PDX Defender 124 grain +P.
Glock 43.

If I'm going into town, Glock 17 in a JM Custom kydex wing claw 2.5 Glock 34 holster, appendix carry.
The 34 length holster keeps the gun from flopping out over the belt.
It's quite easy to conceal a full-sized fighting pistol if you appendix carry.

If I'm doing yard/farm work (bending over constantly) around the house or woods where it doesn't matter if the grip prints, crossbreed super tuck.
Gold dots or critical duty for me. Also carrying my RMR multi-purpose JHP reloads since ammo is scarce. I don't care about people's "never carry reloads" opinions.

El Paso Saddlery C-Force IWB. Federal Law Enforcement 147 Grain HST, standard pressure. Speer Gold Dot is just as good, and I would use that just as readily.

Gold Dot +P 124gr Short barrel here too. I tested about eight 9mm brands a few years ago, it was the most accurate and also had the highest velocity. I get 1120fps for 345 ft. lbs of energy out of a G43X.

As for a holster, so many options, depends on use, clothing styles. Right now I'm using CYA Supply Company holster. I like it better than I thought I would, but I did have to reshape the holster around the magazine release. If I moved just right I'd squeeze the holster enough to push the mag release. Luckily I never dropped a mag. I heated it and pushed the holster out a little farther over the mag release and the problem was solved. It's easier to take on and off too.

Currently using a Garrett AIWB Silent Thunder for my G48. Depending on the weather I use G Code AIWB with mag carrier also. When using the Garrett I carry a spare Shield Arms mag in a NEO mag holder in my front left pants pocket. Ammo is 147 grain Gold Dots, G2.
