Anyone tried this with the berger 170 gr. eol suggestions for starting loads?

Try Berger they have some data and usually will run quickload for you if they don't. They show VV560 with the 140 here: https://bergerbullets.com/reloading-data/

Berger: You can reach them via email at supportcapstonepg.com or phone at 660-460-2802. Berger had some data on the EOL but can't find it again.

VV stops at the 160 grain & 560 but this could help https://www.vihtavuori.com/reloading-data/rifle-reloading/?cartridge=16
