SP 101 has 5 shot cylinder - this one has a 6 shot. Cylinder has a sliding release button on this gun - SP 101 has a push button.

That depends on the Ruger 101. 327 Fed is 6 shot, 22LR (which this obviously is not) is 8.

All I posted was a rebuttal to "SP101 has a 5 shot cylinder" I didn't see "SP101 in 38 special has a 5 shot cylinder"

If you play around with pausing the video you can stop it in a frame where it shows rear of the cylinder with one cartridge in it - it clearly shows it is a 5 shot cylinder and looks to be a 38/357. Probably a 38 Special round from the looks of the blast & recoil.
