Thomas and Iām coming to believe heās is a more consistent originalist than Scalia was. If we could clone three more Thomasās and five Saliaās and put them all on the court it would be as close to a perfect court as I can imagine.

I see several posts implying RBG will be the next justice to pass, but Clarence Thomas is no spring chicken. The fate of the nation rests on several razor thin margins. SCOTUS is just one. And unless a justice croaks in the very near future, it would also appear another chicken is being counted prior to hatching. If RBG passed today, could all the RINO's in the Senate be counted on?
