Well I guess he calmed her crazy arse down and they signed the closing paperwork this morning so the deal got done. Almost drove me to drinking!!!!!!!!!!!!

After many hours of inspection now, the land checks out good. Zero trash, no surprises and food plots, ponds and timber all look good. All of his personal property removed. Nice place. Now the work begins.

Just went through this recently on the other side of the deal and it was stressful for sure. When they found out they were losing their 35g in earnest if they didn’t sign, they signed!

My buddy bill who died a few weeks back had the chance to buy his uncle's place for 3 million, bills rich old old lady was going to buy it for him, he didn't want to because he didn't want to mess with cleaning it up. I could never understand that.
