I have a new in box Bushnell Elite Tactical LRTSi 3-12X44 Illum. G3 Scope that I purchase from Camera Land at close out and have about $800.00 into it with shipping. I was thinking of selling this for $700.00 but looking at replacement options I don't see anything that comes close to this scope for less money and even spending $500.00 i'd be losing a $100.00 and only pocketing $200.00 and would be settling for less. Do any of you gents know of a scope that comes close to it that I wouldn't be kicking myself for getting. Leave out Leupold 4.5-14x40 VX-3i , sold it. I want a low setting of 2.5-3 and a high setting of 10-15 with a 44 maybe 50mm objective and 30mm tube, ideally a illuminated reticle. Knowledgeable suggestions appreciated, thanks..

I have larger 4-18 LRTS scopes, and the 3-10 Nightforce SHV. If I had to sell one it would be the NF. Both great scopes. I like the higher mag on the bushnell.

I've a number of Bushie LRTSi's in 3-12x wearing G3. I prefer it to the non-lluminated version in like magnification/reticle designation,of which I have a few too. Have several LRTSi's in 4.5-18x G3 and MUCH prefer the lit '12x. Had a 4.5-18x LRHSi G2,but it was a piece of fhuqking schit out of the box and never would track or repeat. They didn't even try to fix it and swapped it for a like power LRTSi in G3 and I much prefer it's reticle to the G2 attempt at same. All of the others have been exceptional. Hint.

As you know, all versions of the Reupold 4.5-14x are steaming piles of fhuqking schit. Hint.

The SWFA 3-15x has more erector travel(by a bunch) and will parallax closer, but you lose illumination in the fray. NightFarce REALLY fhuqking struggles with reticles and the SHV's aren't much force. Hint.

In summation,I find the G3 '12x Bushie Lit Bitch, both an exceptional value and a ruggedly reliable performer. You can spend more and get less, but you sure as fhuqk can't spend less and get more. Hint.

You might have better luck,if you reveal the whole story, cite the application(s) and what it is that you are hoping to accomplish. To straight stretch a buck,go Fixed [bleep] MQ reticle from The Sample List and never look back. Shy of that, you are THERE. Hint.

Thank me later...................

I had the LRTSi's in 4.5-18x G3 but ended up trading it and some cash. I wanted the lower power for timber in Alaska. After looking at the possible options I am highly leaning to keep the scope as you said I can't spend less and get more or as much. I wouldn't have even been considering it if it wasn't for this darn virus.

I would keep it. My Non Illum version works great. I use it on my PRS gun and can say that so far I can only think of one time that I wished for more X's that was on a 6" target at 1000 yds. Could barely make it out but I hit it anyway so I cant say that the 12x didn't work. For the money I don't think it can be beat.

For sure. I wished I had gotten a couple more of the 4.5x18's and the 3x12 Illuminated G3's.. Both are about as solid as they come.

I'll trade you my Leica ERi 2.5-10x42mm illuminated #4a for the Bushie LRTSi 3-12x44mm illuminated G3
