OP Pugs Campfire Ranger Joined: May 2005 Posts: 17,133 Freedom	All, Saw this on another site where the owner had inherited it from his brother. Any ideas of mfg? I was thinking some custom work but the engraving looks a little crude so thought perhaps a M94 import from someplace. Ideas? If something on the internet makes you angry the odds are you're being manipulated

The bright reddish receiver is a result of immersion in a hot blue tank . I have had that happen many times. Is the left side of the barrel marked US repeating Arms? Some of the screw heads like the loading gate srew are buggered. I would suggest you have a chamber cast done to find out what .30 African is. Good luck wiyh it! Mel
