Chicken thigh kabobs with Halloumi cheese. If you like making your own kabobs you really gotta try this cheese with them. Grills great.

It all looks good. A cleanup day here today.

Again great looking family.

Took CINCHome out to a Mexican restaurant and were social distanced while the takeout window business was quite heavy. Once in a while CINCHome needs a break and so do I. Pollo Cancun was her dish and Pollo Hawaii was mine. There was quite enough for an extra helping of each to take home. Three booths back there was a young family with grade school kids and we herd please, thank you, and all manner of politeness. So quietly as we left we paid for that family's fried ice cream and quickly left. The waiter knew to tell them who and why. It is fun to do things like that and to be retired and able to do a few nice things for others. I probably left a bit of a large tip. But the waiters hustle hard even if they are not busy. A good place to eat is great and good service today is even better. Be Well, Rustyzipper.

Pullled pork shoulder (using my new bear claw shredders), Caesar salad and grilled veggies. And strawberry shortcake with fresh whipped cream for dessert.

Having fun using fresh produce from our garden.

Tonight we had chicken souvlaki, with spicy jeweled couscous, toasted naan bread, a salad of Lebanese cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, sweet white onion, and finely diced jalapeno, a lemon dressing just gave it all the right touch. (Sour cream missing from pic).
