I don't suggest that people from Liberal states move anymore. If they can't figger that out for themselves, most likely they'll just drag a bunch of Liberal cooties along to wherever they move. I joined a group on Facebook called California Big Game Hunters yesterday because I wanted to talk about California banning the import of African big game trophies. This measure passed the other day by a 5 to 1 margin. ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/R0z44fwy/20200630-070005.jpg) I swear to God, 50% of the reactions were all for the ban....in fact the moderators put a lock on the post preventing further comment. Then....I made a poster on that page that said. CAN WE HAVE A CALM, RATIONAL DISCUSSION ABOUT HOW POLITICS AFFECT YOUR HUNTING AND GUN RIGHTS IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA? THEY REMOVED IT. Mind you this is a group called California big game hunters with several thousand members. I will most likely never be able to hunt Africa, but by God I stand strongly with All hunters and All gun owners. This division will certainly be the end of us. California brainwashes the fu gg out of people from a very early age. I used to really get pissed when I would hear people refer to us as California conservatives...like we are lightweight pussy conservatives....but I am truly starting to believe it is true for the most part....this is just pathetic. I'm so ashamed of where I live and understand the dislike of people from this state. California is so screwed up now. It is sad that hunters cannot stick together. We are our own worst enemies.

I’m not one of them, but we are already cooked, and I don’t mean CA, I mean the whole fugging country. We let liberals take control of academia in every state, it’s only one more generation away until liberals have complete control over remaining conservatives. Well said memtb, but a lot of fire members are again painting with a broad brush. People and their beliefs are not defined by ink lines on paper maps. The problem is more clearly defined by social values, namely, urban vs rural. Because the great shift in values is not confined to California, it's happening in greater or lesser degrees in every state. Look at the recent craziness of the governess of Wisconsin(edit Michigan, I'm a dumbshit), she and Newsom are joined at the hip it seems. At least in California, we can blame some of it on the massive latino "free stuff" voting block, putting these socialists in power.

I don't follow FB, or African hunting much, so I never knew that was coming up in the Legislature.
Going to have to look into it, but I have a very strong suspicion our local reps voted against it. Just so MIKEWEINER knows that this part of the State is still cool. We just happen to live within the borders of another world.
