Cut in half and remove pit.

Coat with EVOO and add a sprinkle of S&P.

Grill cut side down on preheated medium hot (425*F) 4-6 minutes


First time for me tonight. Turned out great.

Smoked. Which Ive done before. For guacamole remove from hull, smash into shallow pan/dish, cold smoke for a 30-60min. Cover plastic wrap shove in fridge when cold make guac.

Serious question - is that with the peel still on or with it removed?

Had a can of mesquite chips on the grate. Did get a .little smoke.
