Yeah. White gal pulled the gun as a visual expression of "fugg-off!". I don't think it was for defence of life, but I wasn't in her head so don't really know what she was thinking. Angry gals do the stupidest things. A guy would've thrown a fist or two - much more reasonable thing to do and better way to express feelings

True, but drawing the gun doesn't mean you are required to pull the trigger. Often aggressive conduct stops as the draw is in progress, for obvious reasons. At which point you're not privileged to shoot, but it would be foolish to reholster till you were sure you were safe.

That’s a tough one. I feel for the couple trying to get out of the situation and wind up being charged criminally and fired (of course). They shouldn’t have drawn I don’t think their lives were in danger at that point but that’s a bad situation. One where you have to just let some ghetto scum pick a fight over absolutely nothing, stick a camera in your face and taunt you with “you racist” BS. and then slap your vehicle while trying to peacefully leave and basically you just have to take it and let them humiliate you.
Anyone with sense can see exactly who the instigators are both verbally and then slapping the car but probably no charges for striking the vehicle of the couple trying to avoid the whole thing.
