for 243 win, only have one rifle in 243, Rem700 ADL.
I have dies for 308, 7mm08 and 260, I think I can set the shoulder back in the future if I need to.
neck size set is few bucks cheaper.
Any difference?

Go FL. You can adjust the setback, if any, to about anything you want. Depending on the chamber of your rifle and the reamer used to cut the die, you may get lucky and not size the body of the case if you adjust the die to neck size only.

This^^ But use the .260 without the expander to bump the shoulders, let the FL gather dust unless you buy another .243,
