1995 4wd 2 stroke polaris scrambler

Original owner me since day one.

Been stored right here for 3 years untouched. Needed a fuel [bleep] off/reserve valve (leaking) $20 part. Just been running my old Yamaha after rehabbing the carb on it. So just getting back around this Polaris

Decided it easier to pull the fuel tank.

The more you get into it, the more you find. 3/16 fuel ilineand in-line screen look rotten. Sour gas ran out when pulled.
Decided to go ahead and pull the carb (have done that a few times on this polaris) due to blue oil weeping into the carb via the injector reservoir.

This mikuni always eagerly takes a flush and will run great after reinstall. Hopefully this time it will again. I’ve let this bike sit mothballed for 5 years a spell back. Brought it back from the dead then with just a carb flush and new battery.

Decided to put on a fresh coolant top hose.

Other goal is to get back together and run. Duh...ain’t doing any foo-foo TLC paint or touch up, it’s a mudder.

Now that you got it running hurry up and sell it to some toothless meth ape that will use it as his daily driver. Use the cash to buy yourself a proper Honda. smile

If you stand on the rear rack, can you reach all your hummingbird feeders to refill them?

It's a dadgum polaris, drag it out in the flowerbed next to the gnomes and ride the YamaHopper.

I just tore down this 05 Honda. It suffered a severe case of road rash on New Years day. Got parts trickling in. Used steering shaft came in today. Ordered some in stock stuff from bikebandit on Monday that still hasn't shipped.

My 2005 Polaris Ranger and 2006 Honda Sportsman are going to need a lot of work, but I think I'm up to the task. May take some time though.

A good way to wean yourself from the enjoyment of tinkering with those ATV's is just to try your skills on a Kawasaki Brute Force. I garontee you will be humbled.......quickly. :):)
