Several threads in the past about the Californication of Boise, turning blue, yada yada. I get a daily email from a NextDoor Digest forum where folks in my immediate area post goings on of interest - lost or found pets, event announcements, tradesman referrals, want to donate this or that etc.

Recently I saw an announcement for a new group which was troubling - "Boise Liberals". Well, sh*t, says I, there goes the neighborhood.

Was checking the latest today and see that there is still a glimmer of hope. I'm not a big group joiner but might have to look into this one... wink
