B.S. Put any race into the social/economic/education ghetto the blacks have helped perpetuate, and you would find practically the same crime/homicide rate. Bullshit. Appalachia has long had people that are no better off than many blacks in the country. The area has some crime problems. But Appalachia is a big place. And nobody ever turns on the TV on a Monday morning and hears reports of 85 people shot, 24 killed in one weekend in Appalachia. Nobody in America except blacks come anywhere close to that level of violence regardless of their economic or education situation. The population in Appalachia is much more spread out than the black ghettos. However, I concede your point.
