All Biden would need to do at this present time is to keep repeating that he is the great "unifier" and get both houses of Congress to work together on some common goals. Biden could say that the boom economy was not a result of Trump, but a result of "hard work and foundation" that he and Obama laid for the economy to take off. I'd have him repeat that "Presidents are above attacking their enemies on Social Media" and that he would resume regular White House Press conferences with the confrontation. That way "America can stay informed". Biden would keep talking about how he could lower the tensions in politics and in America. He could come out say he has plans to do (insert whatever) to help the African American community and systemic racism would be destroyed and this protests would turn into celebrations.
