At 5 or 6% the realtor will be quite happy when it sells.
Local guy sold one here for about 35 mil and the family went to Europe for a couple of months.

I finally got it but I see a few things from other ranches are included.
I see they don't include the nice Mulie bucks . There is also a good crop of Lions, Black bears, and of course Coyotes.
