Was told by a nurse here in Northern VA that when a patient is tested, they are taking a swab from each nostril and if the tests come back positive then it is considered two positive cases.

I don't know about your last part on testing. Going fron memory, I think it was a quarantine for a specified period. It was a news item recently. I was just going to ask about the Android update having to do with this subject. The lists, they acted like No big deal. After all medical tyranny for the greater good and all that. There was tracer training in case you were a kid that wanted to grow up to be a TRACER… Sounds like a sci-fi B movie...Tracers! At a theater near you! Here's a good spoof based on the advertisement I saw when it first began. It starts by saying House democrat bill HR 6666. I might have posted a thread on this. I'd have to look it up. Maybe later.
The wife had a jerky guy she talked to yesterday. She called him to give him his test results and his recommend instructions.
Said he wasn’t going to quarantine. As protocol my wife has to ask for his wife’s phone number to let her know about his results and what to advise her to do. The guy would not give out her number and she was headed to work. LOL Oh well, hopefully no one at her work catches it from her if she contracts it at home.
In a Commissioners Court hearing for Collin County on May 18th, it was revealed that while previously the determination of a Covid “case” was a confirmed test result, the definition was suddenly changed to count “probable” cases as “cases.” At the same time, the threshold for determining “probable” was lowered to a ridiculous level.
As Judge Hill said at that May 18th meeting, “If you have a subjective fever and you have a headache and you live in Collin County, you now meet the qualifications to be a probable COVID patient. It is remarkable how low the standard is now.”
Even worse, once a “probable” case was determined based on possibly unrelated subjective criteria, up to 15 people in possible contact with that “probable” case were also listed as “probable cases.” And “probable cases” were considered cases.
Repeat that farce across Texas and is it any wonder there was a “spike” in “cases”?

Remember at the beginning of this when people were standing out in hospital parking lots waving at their loved ones thru a window while they quarantined?
Now....ah fuggit, just go give your germs to someone down at the LGS or at work on the assembly line where you turn the crank. It’s all about your rights. Not the health of others.
