Have 5 hens now (something got the one that lived outside the chicken yard last night). Between my wife and I we can't eat all that they lay, +/-30 a week.
I'd guess around 175??

Not counting baked goods....
I eat 4 egg whites, or sometimes 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites,.4-5 times a week for breakfast.
Usually with some black beans and pico, or some smoked salmon.
That puts me around 1,000/yr.

I donโt eat breakfast....
If I do, maybe 3 times a month.....strawberry poptart,

When I was on a high protein diet bout 15 years ago at least six a day for a year. Doctor always wondered why I didn't test high at all for cholesterol that year.

We go through a lot of eggs since we have our own hens. I wonโt eat eggs unless theyโre fresh, real eggs. Same thing with milk, only fresh non-pasteurized milk counts as milk.

breakfast is just stupid, who defuq is starving at 6,7,8 am?? I am, usually can go an hour or so without eating, going toxic, and getting sketchy, taking care of the Gulag and such chores. Borderline hypoglycemia will do that to a person. In my earlier post I forgot about the wife's baking and such. So add a few dozen more to my yearly total. She's been on a curd making kick for awhile now, lemon is great, lime is better than OK, but the cherry curd she made a week or so back is wonderful. Had some on some vanilla ice cream yesterday afternoon. Yum!
