The musical group , The Eagles, had a recent concert on the ESPN channel last night. Seems ESPN will air their coming concerts, post performance. Branching out from sports, it appears.
In addition to Glen Fry’s son joining the group in his Dad’s place, Vince Gill is also a new member and was listed in the credits as a member of the group.
The acoustics at the venue weren’t that outstanding but the Eagles “sound” was intact.

Saw them March 7, right before the shut down. I thought they were very good. The only harmonies I’ve heard that were close to these guys were the original Beach Boys. Not everyone likes the same kind of music. Yes, Vince on far side, T B Smidt, Deacon Fry, Joe Walsh, Stueart Smith. Henley on Drums. Another guy played drums about half of the time.

Smith is one heck of a musician, guitarist, better than Felder who was no slouch. Yep, I can plainly see Gill in the pics. The whiny voice of Vince Gill goes thru my head like a nail. Could not stand him when he sang "country music" in the 90's. Cant say I would enjoy him with the Eagles. Same here. His country music always sounded girly and nutless to me. I always liked Don Henley's voice, although in every interview / documentary of the Eagles, he and Frye always came across as colossal pricks.
