I find their casings way too tough.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

When I harvested my last mountain goat instead of burger I did up half maple breakfast sausage and half brats, but I didn't put it in casings. Made for some excellent burgers.
