I've been figuring out some stuff that I'd like to wrap up, and I need some experienced knowledge from you folks in the know.
What twist rate will allow me to shoot 75 grain to 115 grain bullets out of a 6mm-06..?

Affirmative ... from 85 gr to over 105. Unless you got to go 115 gr a 1:8 would be OK too.
