Selling a Winchester Model 70 Classic Super Grade 7mm Remington Magnum manufactured in New Haven, CT. This is a beautiful rifle and is in great condition. The action is smooth and the wood and metal are deserving of the Super Grade name. There is a small blemish just behind the action which looks to be in the finish that I'll try to show in the photos. Bought this rifle used about seven years ago off of Gunbroker. I've hunted with it a few times, have shot less than 100 rounds through it, but it's spent most of the time in the safe.
The rifle comes with a set of Leupold bases and rings (mediums) that have been lapped. It also has had the trigger spring replaced with an Ernie the Gunsmith Hunter spring. The factory original spring will be included along with the factory original box.
In addition to the above is a set of Redding dies (full-length sizer and micrometer bullet seater) which have only loaded about 50 rounds, L.E. Wilson case holder, Hornady modified case, 40 pieces of Remington brass (fired ~1-3 times from factory core-lokts shot through this rifle), 53x 175 gr. Nosler Partitions, 50x 150 gr. Nosler Ballistic Tips, and 60x 154 gr. Hornady Interlock SPs.
Selling this to get into target/precision shooting with some local level benchrest matches. The price for the whole package is $1200 shipped to your FFL. Your FFL must accept shipments from unlicensed, private individuals and I must be able to confirm their license before I will ship. USPS money order preferred.
