some like it some don't, i tend to use it any chance i get...even put a little bit in the guac to help stabilize it

the largest tortilla i can get is 10"...to make a true cali style, u need something bigger, 12"+ i think, will have to keep looking, maybe wally world carries them

We ate a lot of sour cream as kids. It used to come in the glasses decorated with different colored dots or different varieties of flowers (people actually collect them now). One of my grandmother’s dishes was sour cream diluted with a little white vinegar, sliced cucumbers and thinly sliced Vidalia onion garnished with ground black pepper and salt then chilled in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving. For those who don’t care for sour cream substitute plain water mixed with white vinegar with the same ingredients.

My grandmother did this too. No sour cream though and she added a little sugar. I haven't made it in years.
