Hell I’ve done worse than that back in the ‘80s, including holding blacks at gunpoint and shooting over one’s head.

Playing the "Race Card"

A farmer friend of mine had a disagreement with a young woman at the DMV over the regulations for plating one of his semi tractors. After several minutes of frustration, he asked the clerk (young black woman) to see her supervisor (old white guy).

Her reply, "You're just being RACIST because I don't agree with you!"

"Honey, I'm not mad at you because you're black, I"m mad because you're stupid!"

Henceforward, probably now forever, a white is not ever likely to win any kind a case against a black, no matter what the real circumstances are.

Best practice is to go out of your way to never allow yourself to be put into that position.

But if you're backed into a corner, literally or figuratively, then it's another story................just best not to let that happen.
