I read a piece on that Ray, 35% is a BIG jump. My thoughts are the tourism dropped off a cliff, and I bet Branson Mo. did as well. NYC will revisit the blight of the 70’s, my neighbor said the city is a ghost town in the Upper East Side every day beginning around 6:00pm. He has only been outside his apartment 4 times since February, incredible!

The west coast of the USA, for those who have not experienced every mile of it, might be the most beautiful country in the union, if not the world.
In my youth my father would took a month off and we camped from the US-Mexico border to Vancouver Island, BC., 5 or 6 years in a row.
Rogue River, Redwoods, San Fran, Tillimook for some cheese curds, San Juan Islands...... Big Sur. Tomales Bay for clams. Olympic National Park. Vancouver Island.
Damn.... Such beautiful country.
But you couldn't pay me enough to live there now. Chit show of liberal insanity.

A steady and deliberate social decline - one could see it progressing - in 1992 turned down a very attractive assignment because it would have meant working and living in that "fabulous" area along the bay south of SF. No way.
