So China Just bought more corn from us then the ever have before. Great for American corn producers...
But it makes me wonder..
In 1913 Germany was buying gold and borrowing heavily at the corporate level...
Should we worry that the Chinese can feed their pigs for a really long time?

Our corn is for sale to the highest bidder.
Nothing wrong with trade as long as we get a fair deal World trade is as old as Marco Polo.

I recall reading many weeks ago that China wheat crop was going to fail due to some fungus. China is just trying to insure their people have 1,200 calories per day.

I heard that you only had to put a seed in some dirt.... Hats off to the farmers and ranchers.

So how much does it cost US taxpayers to subsidize the corn that China gets?

Should we worry that the Chinese can feed their pigs for a really long time? The heavy rains, floods and corruption are causing grain stockpiles to rot. Key word Sinograin.

Should we worry that the Chinese can feed their pigs for a really long time? China has been buying pork across Europe and Australia for a couple years due to swine flu decimating their hog production. My guess is the average resident of china is going to learn to eat corn flakes for breakfast instead of ricecakes.
People who choose to brew up their own storms bitch loudest about the rain.

Part of Trump's deal with them to ease the trade deficit. They buy agricultural products from us.

Our farmers need a break... ease up. Like I said it's good for American Corn Producers. Are the numbers way out of line? Or is it just a little bump up... Heard it on RFD network, (1.x billion metric tons, tonnes?) So not MSM, but I didn't see a trend line so I don't know how it compares... It is something like 12x the soybean purchase number...(12x,000??). Crap I forget the unit on the soybeans. My multiple may be off. Thanks Hatari, Maybe it was expected which is why prices didn't react they did say "it was already done"
