All the stores in town now require masks. If you want to eat, you'll have to play along. I notice, though, that many people, including clerks, leave their noses sticking out so they can breathe. In Walmart, many go past the checker at the door and then take them off. It's not rigidly enforced by any means.

Same here.

My garden and hunting spots have no such requirements.
Nor do my cows, pigs, or chickens.

Once I'm inside and not around people much, it comes off.

Up front near the cashier, back on.

Respect, they are forced to wear the dam thing all day.
I can wear it 3 minutes while they ring me up.

Safety phagg never seen before came through the break areas to remind everybody that safety glasses must be worn and when drinking you have to pull down, drink, and pull up the mask.

Not allowed to keep mask down when drinking (probably eating too).

Kinda late after watching idiots not wear masks correctly for two fuggin months.
Now with covid outbreaks and quarantines making departments low on workers, suddenly it's an issue.

Corksuckers went out to vacation and party on the 4th, ignored social distancing and now sickness is ramping up.
WTF did they expect after hiring a bunch of welfare scum (as well as having a reg workforce mostly of democrats) ?

Am having a chitty day anyway, good thing the SOB didn't blow me chit or I'd proly be written up/escorted out.
I get management does what they are told.

That's pretty much me also, although they all have plexiglass screens here. Besides. no where does it say they have to cover your mouth or nose, just that you have to wear them.

Bandanas worn like stage coach robber masks are popular. Was in WinCo today and one of the stock guys was wearing that while the check out girl had a transparent face shield open at the bottom and sides instead of a mask. The signs just say "face covering" but nothing about "effective face covering".

I like the stage coach robber look myself. Might have to accessorize with a single action in a buscadero rig.

Or a real plague mask might be neat. You can find all kinds on Amazon for between 10-20 dollars.




If youtube or whatever succeeds it is around in 100 years there will be videos with interesting old historical photos of that strange time when so many people wore masks and people watching them will think, "geez, that must have been a really strange time."

Knuckle under or starve is the thing in all sorts of situations nowadays. Can't say all lives matter, that's racist, you're fired and unemployable. Wear a Trump shirt, your job or gym membership or whatever is over. Having a confederate flag license plate might mean jail for all I know. I glad I don't owe a mortgage or car payment and am retired. My wife (RN-NP) is very close to retirement (age 64) so we can't easily be bothered living out here in the boondocks among other white reprobates. This business about white folks just knuckling under is crazy.

I am not going to bother the young kid at the door who has the job of informing people to put their masks on. My neighbor said he was going to get in a pissy exchange with the guy out of spite. I say why? The kid makes minimum wage and hates the job I am sure. I told my neighbor to blame the people who voted for our brainiac governor. They are the real culprits.

The election will be over in a few months. Covid will go away immediately if Biden wins.

The democrats want the suburbs empty and everyone living in town. Will not be anyone living in the country for long under the democrats.

The stores here all have signs that say....

If you come in here and are not wearing a mask......we will assume you are under 5 years old or have a medical condition that prevents you wearing a mask.

No questions will be asked.

Schools here will be opening in a few weeks as usual...sort of usual. All students and teachers will be required to wear masks. They have said that it's not the students they're worried about. It's more the teachers as many of them are older.

I have a pre existing medical issue that excuses me from wearing a mask. Most places are ok with that. Some mask vigilantes give me some pushback, but I have not backed down.

I've thought about wearing a Lone Ranger Mask. The signs say you have to wear a mask. I bought and wear a red MAGA mask, it's fun to see the folks who give me a thumbs up in a manner that nobody else can see it.. Then there's the folks who see the mask and basically run away. It's especially fun when you get into the check out line and the person in front of you turns around, sees the mask. They don't know if they want to insult me, run away or try to push their cart another inch forward so the Trump bug does not infect them.

I wear my mask...................on my elbow....................they say you have to wear a mask, they don't say WHERE the mask has to be.

We all see about as many mask trick's as with a Yoyo, under the nose, on the chin, one one ear,-------.

What a bunch of pussies we have here. Wearing a mask putting all sorts of knots in the cute little panties of the big tough campfire crew LOL. I like the mask idea. Gives me an anonymity when in public that is very liberating. You can finally treat the ass holes in the stores the way you've always wanted to, itch your balls, scratch your ass and nobody knows who you are. Say what you feel like, buy whatever you want without guilt or shame. It's fuggin great ! I wore an N95 mask for several hours a day, every day at work. A flimsy little surgical mask is no big deal.
