Ordinarily you'd want to start with areas where flave had the most friends. But in his case I think it'd be more fitting to parade him around in areas he insulted the most. I can see starting west to Texas, California, hell it'd take a week to parade him around Oregon properly. Its what he would have wanted. When his carcass comes through Texas I'll put one of those JR Ewing bolo ties on him - he'd appreciate the Texas bling factor!!

Didn't, but they tole me they had to keep drillin' 'til they got to two inches. Best to do a little at a time. Two inch circumfrence and then will stick out about a foot. I told the wife to wrap it with red ribbon so it would look like one of them huge candy canes that they use for a table decoration, only longer. You can come and pay your respects if you outlast me.
