Don't only think fastest or most powerful, but consider handling/drivablity/dynamics etc, and just plain good fun. For me it was a modified BMW made (supercharged) Cooper S - JCW....(ie) dump wheels, suspension brakes, exhaust, Replace with LW forged rims/Pirelli, Bilstein, Remus, Brembo, upgrade pulley, high-flow airbox,, add Chip... The M3 was way less fun in comparison. Moral of the story - good things come in small packages.

Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

I have a 5th generation Corvette that handles like a dream. I have 1000 dollar set of Koni dual valve shocks. That with good tires keeps it very stable. I don't really drive it anymore, but it still motivates me to push the gas pedal when I do take it out. Sad but is has very little value today.

Maybe Triumph TR-6; like a 130mph go kart. Used to love to take it out on a rainy day and broadside around corners, Also, 1985 BMW 635, classic coupe, highway machine. Coasting on glass at 100.

70 GTO with the Ram Air IV. On the bottle. Also had a C4 Vette, but the GTO was much quicker (low 12s on street tires). I wish I had never sold the goat.

Toss up between my 99 corvette or the 2013 CTS-V Cadillac. Both gone now but the scatpak challenger is pretty nice. Edk

I bet you'd get a bigger rush from dumping the trans brake at 6000 RPM and packing the front wheels on that little '70 Hemi Cuda a 16th of a mile.

I owned for a while a couple hot rods. The fastest was a supercharged 98 ford cobra. Vortec supercharged- about 500+ to the rear wheels.... way fast ride.

Progressives are the most open minded, tolerant, and inclusive people on the planet, as long as you agree with everything they say, and do exactly as you're told.
