Thin sliced pork chops salted, peppered, floured and fried. Ain't decided on veges yet but those porkers are one of the best things ever.

That looks great Greg

Any chance you have a recipe for that you can post up?

That arroz con pollo recipe you put up a while back has been a big hit at our house too. Thanks

It's not really a recipe honestly. I hard sear thighs about half cooked. Remove and then dice or shred. Then Wife does her thing which includes bone or chicken broth, tons of Herdez, cumin, Chile powder and other stuff. Use same pan so drippings are in there too. Maybe oregano too. We like oregano. Low simmer for a bit. Eat when you want. She made herself tostada's with it, I just ate it like you see.

Topping I just make myself.

Glad you enjoy the arroz con Pollo.
