Unfortunately had to cut our tree down due to disease. (Wood works great in my smoker however....) Since I lost my source, I went searching and found a farm where I can buy seconds for $1.25/lb. Gravensteins are getting VERY hard to find. Already have made two crisps, applesauce and an applesauce cake. Only started with 70+ lbs. before giving most of them away.
