I’d love to say he’s in his usual spot by my recliner or on his bed but unfortunately 2020 took another shot and we had to put him down due to cancer after he became sick last week.

Jaegar my GSP is on the couch laying on his back with all 4 feet in the air, Merlin my Drahthaar is at the top of the stairs staring through the cat door trying to figure out how to grab one without getting in trouble. Double my Braque Francais is our Velcro dog and he is following my wife around the kitchen as she makes the beef stew for dinner.

Smoke, I said goodbye her yesterday, after 16 years together hunting Quail, Dove, predators, deer, exotics, the most loyal true friend a man could have, she was a amazing dog. there will never be another like her, I loved her. my heart is broken. Rio7

Just saw this thread.....sorry to hear about girl Rio7. You definitely won't replace her but I hope you have another puppy on the ground or in the works. You deserve each other and your old girl would approve.....

We have three GSPs in the house and my newest girl loves to get out but is a total snuggle-bug at home! She has some REALLY big paw prints to fill but I have high hopes for her......
