Past bedtime… headed to the kennel shortly.

Still hiding in the kennel/crate after all the yellin' at the Georgia-Alabama game last night

My female GWP is somewhere in Florida winning show after show and looking beautiful. My male GWP and I are here anxiously waiting her return.

My yellow lab is trying to find something to eat. Ice is hard on a retriever and he got plenty of it this weekend, picking up straps full of ducks. When I got home from work, wife said he's done nothing but sleep and then get up and beg for food.

I gave him an extra serving tonight and a few pieces of salmon off my plate, mixed in. He nerds to rest up, we are about to do it again.

In Lafayette GA getting bird dog trained by Rick Hopkins at Walnut Hill Kennels. Miss “Dame” my little Vizsla terribly. Like my brother says, I drove too far (Atlanta to Sioux Falls) and paid too much (😱), but I do dearly love that little girl.

Belle, my 8 year old lab is lying next to my chair with a wet towel over her to keep her cool in this oppressive heat. Have the fan on her plus the towel to keep her comfortable. She is a hunting machine. MTG

They are all long dead, quit quail hunting when I lost lease in Coleman county in 2004

Mine is at the vet.....got a troublesome cyst removed from behind her neck above her shoulders......

Gonna let her board there till the incision healing is on solid ground.....

Reason being a 7 month old pup is waiting to go all Kato on her when she gets home......

It's a real challenge to keep those 2 separated.....

Mine is in Montana hunting over wild birds everyday for the month. I'm jealous.
