Does anyone have experience with these?
Looking at a barely used one, seems very well made.
Dont put too much stock in internet reviews, so I'm asking for opinions here.

Thanks in advance

I have one on a Gen 3 G19. It works. The instructions are very specific about ammo. CCI preferred, no Thunderbolts and a couple of others.

Thanks Paul.

Do you find it to be accurate as well? I wouldn't expect target accuracy but I dont need a .22 scattergun either....

I haven't done any serious controlled testing, and I'm not a great shot. Sighting it in off a simple rest. it seems about as accurate as other .22 autos in the same class, including my Glock 44. Not a Buckmark or Ruger Mark IV. It is also lighter than its "parent" because of the aluminum components.

Added: Check to see if the one you are considering has an adjustable rear sight. I had an earlier model with a fixed sight and couldn't get it to shoot close enough to point of aim, so I returned it. The later models have an adjustable rear sight.

I've had a 19 for about 20 years and always wanted a .22 Conversion... Never bought one because I had at least four friends with AA conversions for 17s and 19s and were just way too ammo picky...and even with the ammo they liked were not 100% runners.

Two friends had one for 17 and one for 19 and would only run on Remington Golden Bullets...the solids not HPs...that's it...

Looked at the Tactical Solution conversion with steel slide that made it feel more like a real Glock but they didn't have 19 length magazines...

When the G44 came out a few months ago I waited till all the bugs were worked out and bought one last month...well worth the wait as it eats EVERYTHING. Got one of the threaded barrels last week and it also runs with everything.

Was at a shoot a couple of weekends ago where I was running one of the stages. Left the gun and bag of ammo with a friend who was running an exercise stage and told him to let everyone shoot it...zero issues in sveral hundred rounds fired...could not be happier... Hope one day they will come out with the 15 round magazine...

Bob

Thanks guys!

Yes this one has the adjustable sights but I think I will pass anyway. It would have been a nice thing to have along with a 9mm conversion barrel but not if I have to fuss around with it too much.

Your call, but for me it would come down to price. If you can get good deal, I'd go for it.

Paul
