I remember in one of bummer’s elections there was a county or district in either Ohio or PA that had more total votes than there were registered voters for that area but nothing was done about it.
A challenge would probably have been considered racist.

What happens if there’s more in person and mail in votes than registered voters? Biden wins!

All depends on who wins the election. Whenever someone other than a lefty wins, it's instantly illegitimate, illegal, rigged, etc.. Then comes the screaming for recounts, the lawsuits and the complete vilification of the winner. This tactic is also useful when both candidates are white in a mostly white area and they can't play the race card.

The Dems final play will to steal the election using the mail in ballots. On election night Trump will appear to "Win" the needed electorial votes yet Biden will "NOT" concede. The Dems will start the process will begin to start counting the mail in ballots which will erode Trumps lead over the following weeks. Why do you think Hillary came out last week instructing Biden not to concede under any circumstances....this was a warning shot of the plan in play.
Also the joint chiefs of staff made a statement the U.S. military stated it would not get involved in the national election as it was the responsibility of the congress and judicial branch. Now why would he make such a statement unless they had some intelligence to support doing so?
I so pray this does not happen as all hell will break loose with likely D.C will become ground zero for the unrest to come

They could actually get back more mail-in ballots than they sent out, and still claim it's a legitimate result. IF the count miraculously goes for Biden, that is.
The military vote? That recent fake news "poll" about more soldiers favoring Biden was the clue that this will be a heavily maneuvered area.
Somewhere in China, they are even now printing mail-in ballots to be "discovered" a few days after the election.

If all it takes to steal an election is for the commicrats to switch to mail in voting, then we have lost America. There has to be a constitutional way to prevent this from happening.
