Just finished looking at recent arrests in my county. I check it from time to time every now and then I'll see someone I once knew. I always notice several mugshots where men have a tear drop tattoo. What's with the tear drop? Never understood.

The kilt somebody in prison In Los Angeles, it used to mean the person had kilt someone out on the street. Maybe also in the slam, but definitely out on the street. Don't know anymore if that is still true. L.W.
