Tell me more about the knife's performance? Vanax is no S125V but I knew that going into it. It performed very well skinned and quartered the elk and was sharp enough to do more. Shawn wants to change the edge to a less polished more toothy edge to see what I think. I used a Marauder to break down the joints. As this task is not what this knife was designed for.
